The UK does love to throw wet and cold weather our way - sometimes even in Summer, but I'm not moaning because we've got the kit to get us to work. No such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!
Waterproof Trousers:
We prefer to use a dungarees as it gives you the ability to stay dryer if you're coat is open.
Flexathane is a a lightweight but breathable waterproof material. We've struggled to find women's wear but these come in XS to L - so size wise they will fit all but the leg length is set. We've found not this to be a problem as we wear steel capped wellies so the water dripping down is on to waterproof boots.
Fort - Airflex Bib 'N' Brace Waterproof Overalls - Bib and Brace Overalls
Comes in 2 colour ways and a matching jacket.
Priced at under £30 its a bargain and definitely our go to in wet weather.
Wet Weather Jacket
This Fort fully waterproof with adjustable sleeves to stop water pouring down your arms as you reach up to prune. We find wearing a basecap helps keep the hood on but at less than £30 this is a great jacket and competes with the more expensive brands really well.

Keeping Warm
Keeping your head, fingers and toes warm is key to keeping work going.
So starting up top!
Who doesn't love a good bobble hat?! This one is from Beechfield
We're a sucker for anything teal and this hat delivers on warmth, its machine washable and for a hat - doesn't look so terrible on either!
We wouldn't leave home without our Findra merino wool neck warmer.
Easy to care for 100% ethical Merino Wool.
Versatile neck or head warmer.
Soft to the touch fabric for extra comfort.
Keeping your feet warm is SO important - and can really ruin a day's work.
We've found these Danish Endurance merino wool socks to be comfy, warm, cushioned/duel thickness. They fit well and high enough to keep your ankles warm
Waterproof Boots:
Let's face it in the UK we have some shocking weather and these boots from Black Hammer come in sizes from 5 up so perfect for women. They are more comfortable than my normal every day wellies and have the bonus of steel toe caps so just as safe as my work boots. They will last a lifetime.
