I mentor new and aspiring gardeners across the UK who want to build a proper, profitable business, not just do good horticultural work. I trained through the RHS Level 3 Diploma in Horticulture and hold a Garden Design Diploma with Distinction from the Cotswold Garden School, but the business side of running a gardening company isn't something any qualification teaches you. I've spent nearly a decade building mine, and I mentor others on the parts that actually make or break a small gardening business: pricing your work properly, setting up maintenance packages, finding the right clients, and managing your workload so it's sustainable rather than overwhelming.

Mentoring is delivered as a 1 to 1, 2 hour session over Zoom, so you get direct, focused time with me, wherever you're based in the UK.
